Role & responsibilities
Develop and expand sales of HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) and GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene) in the Indian home appliance market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with home appliance OEMs and their Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.
Establish and maintain robust business relationships with customer purchasing, R&D;, and material development teams.
Promote HIPS/GPPS products, coordinate material trials, and support new material approval processes.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer demand, and new business opportunities.
Manage customer inquiries, quotations, sales forecasts, orders, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal technical, production, and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related field preferred.




Candidates with other educational backgrounds may also be considered if they have robust relevant sales experience.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are required.
Candidates with hands-on HIPS/GPPS sales experience at PS manufacturers or specialized distributors.
Candidates with established business networks among purchasing teams of home appliance OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.
Proven experience in developing recent customers, coordinating material trials, obtaining product approvals, and securing initial orders.
Self-motivated individuals capable of proactively gathering market intelligence and independently developing new business opportunities.
Results-oriented professionals with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
