Firstcry Intellitots Preschool & Daycare is seeking an experienced and agile Center Head to lead the overall operations, admissions, parent engagement, staff management, and academic excellence of our center.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool and daycare center.
Drive admissions, enrollments, and parent engagement initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure high standards of child safety, care, and learning.
Maintain excellent parent relationships and address concerns effectively.
Plan and execute events, programs, and marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Monitor center performance and achieve business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Education,



Management, or related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in preschool, daycare, education, or center management.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Experience in admissions counseling and customer relationship management.
Ability to manage operations, academics, and business targets simultaneously.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
