Role & responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining Zero Harm within the team.
Responsible for assisting Electrical Shift In-charge in terms of 100% availability of E&I; Equipment for Production.
Responsible for looking after the inspection &; preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of the plant, so that the plant delay shows a reducing trend.
- Responsible for condition monitoring of motors, control panels, cable trays, Instruments, and other critical electrical assets.
Responsible for electrical energy usage in various sections of the sinter plant.
Act as an authorized person for electrical isolation, permit-to-work issuance, and LOTOTO procedures.
Responsible for daily reports, maintenance equipment history, and audit records.
Responsible for coordinating with other interacting departments.
Implementation of various systems in department like ISO, EMS, TPM TQM, Housekeeping and Record Maintenance.
Responsible for proper documentation of maintenance activities, checklists, and inspection logs.
Team Building & Coordination with team members.
Ensuring safety practices in the department.
