Roles and Responsibilities
Manage client billing, subcontractor billing, and contractor billing for industrial construction projects.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices to clients and subcontractors.
Coordinate with quantity surveyors to prepare detailed estimates and quotes for clients.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to the project.

Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 4 years of experience in Construction - Industrial | Building Works
Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Solid understanding of bill checking, billing processes, and contractual agreements between contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Working knowledge / Experience of ERP / SAP Software
