Roles & Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance of analytical instruments.
Prepare, maintain, and update PM schedules in SAP.
Generate, monitor, and close PM work orders and breakdown notifications in SAP.
Develop and maintain task lists for analytical instruments.
Ensure synchronization of PM schedules with calibration schedules.
Manage maintenance records, PM documents, SOPs, and task lists.
Coordinate instrument breakdown troubleshooting and restoration activities.
Maintain critical spare parts inventory and warehouse stock.
Generate STO requests and coordinate procurement of spares.
Handle spare part code creation and extension activities.
Obtain quotations and coordinate with vendors for spare procurement.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and Safety requirements.
Participate in technical, SOP, and CGMP training programs.
Support laboratory operations by minimizing equipment downtime.
