Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cocktail preparation, mocktails, spirits, beverage service, and bar operations, along with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, signature drinks, and mixology techniques.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and beverage quality.
Set up the bar before service and ensure all ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and equipment are ready.
Handle bar equipment, including shakers, strainers, jiggers, blenders, and beverage dispensers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, and storage areas.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and beverage consumption; report shortages to the supervisor.
Follow proper pouring measures, stock rotation, and wastage-control procedures.




Provide menu recommendations and suggest beverages based on guest preferences.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely beverage delivery.
Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and applicable legal requirements.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, pub, bar, or brewery preferred.
Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and mocktails.
Understanding of mixology, garnishing, and beverage presentation.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Knowledge of bar inventory, hygiene, and safety standards.
Hotel Management or Bartending Certification preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in fine-dining restaurants, premium bars, or breweries.
Good grooming, a positive attitude, and strong guest-handling skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: As per experience and outlet budget.
