Job Description

Service Coordination Schedule and assign service calls to technicians based on priority and location. Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown calls, and annual maintenance contract (AMC) visits. Monitor technician attendance, site visits, and job completion status. Ensure timely closure of service requests and customer complaints. Follow up with customers regarding service schedules and feedback. Documentation Reporting Maintain service records, job cards, and customer databases. Prepare and submit service reports, quotations, and AMC renewal reminders. Track pending service calls and escalate critical issues to management. Update ERP/CRM systems with service-related information. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. Customer Support Act as the primary point of contact for service-related customer inquiries. Coordinate with customers for site access, work permits, and service scheduling. Ensure prompt communication regarding service status and completion. Internal Coordination Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for spare parts availability. Liaise with service engineers and supervisors to ensure productive service delivery. Support billing and invoice processing after service completion.

Requirements





Educational Qualification Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or HVAC operations can apply. Skills Required Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Solid organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and service processes (preferred). Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an added advantage. Experience Fresher (0 1 Year) Entry-level role with training provided. Focus on service scheduling, documentation, and customer communication. Experienced (1+ Year) Ability to independently coordinate service operations. Experience in customer handling, AMC management, and service reporting preferred.
