Role Overview

The Full Stack Lead is a hands-on engineering leader responsible for leading design, development and delivery of up-to-date web, mobile, API and cloud solutions while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full stack development teams
Conduct code and design reviews
Drive cloud, DevOps and API best practices
Support stakeholder engagement and delivery ownership
Mentor engineers and promote AI-assisted engineering practices

Required Qualifications
810 years experience in software engineering
Robust expertise in frontend, backend and cloud development
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management experience
Banking/Fintech experience preferred

Preferred Technical Skills

React, Angular, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, PostgreSQL and AI engineering tools.

Preferred Experience & Background

Experience in banking, fintech, digital transformation programs, cloud modernization and engineering leadership roles.

Experience: 810 Years in Digital Engineering
