Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Mylapore, Chennai.
Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Handle niche skill hiring for specialized and hard-to-find technical profiles.
Recruit for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent (FTE) positions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Handle salary negotiations, offer management, and successful closures.
Manage multiple requirements, meet hiring targets,



and ensure timely closures.
Build robust candidate relationships and maintain an active talent pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:
Solid sourcing skills across niche and mainstream IT technologies.
Experience in Contract, C2H and Permanent (FTE) hiring.
Excellent communication, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within tight timelines.
A target-oriented mindset with a focus on quality hires and timely closures.
