Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Custom Software Engineer with robust hands-on expertise in Pega application development, system integration, release management, and team leadership. The candidate should have experience designing scalable applications, orchestrating workflows, implementing security, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead successful project releases and manage team deliverables.
Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, and skill-based routing.
Define class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting.
Implement application security using access groups, roles, and privileges.
Manage ruleset hierarchy and develop reusable Pega components.
Integrate Pega applications with databases and external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, JMS, and MQ.
Follow SDLC processes, deployment procedures, code reviews, Guardrails, and Application Engineering (AES) practices.




Work with Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CS), Customer Service for Healthcare (CSHC), Customer Workstation (CWS), and Customer Management Framework (CMF).
Use HTML, JavaScript, and PL/SQL for application development and customization.
Explore Python development, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI integrations.
Collaborate with clients, manage project teams, and handle delivery challenges independently.
