Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts while acquiring new clients in the assigned region
Drive sales for cybersecurity offerings: System Integration, MSSP, GRC, SOC, and Security Solutions
Identify customer needs and position appropriate security solutions
Own end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized solutions
Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and Security stakeholders




Meet and exceed revenue targets and business KPIs
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills s Experience:
6 8 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity sales or account management
Solid understanding of Cybersecurity domains MSSP, SOC, GRC, SIEM, Cloud Security
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Experience in handling enterprise/BFSI/large accounts
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting

Positive to Have:
Experience working with OEMs or cybersecurity vendors
Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)
Existing network in West/South enterprise market
