Role & responsibilities
Support project-wise accounting, revenue recognition and landowner/JV settlements.
Assist in the preparation and finalisation of financial statements.
Monitor RERA-designated bank accounts and related financial compliance
Handle statutory compliance relating to GST, TDS and Income Tax.
Support internal and statutory audit processes.
Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Support financial due diligence and transaction-related activities.
Track changes in accounting standards and taxation laws.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• 03 years of post-qualification experience; real estate exposure is an

advantage

• Robust analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/financial reporting tools.
