Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Lead Management Executive to manage the branchs social media platforms, create and edit engaging content, schedule posts, and handle incoming leads. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the branch’s online presence, ensuring consistent posting, and supporting business growth through effective lead follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage all social media accounts of the branch, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
Maintain a consistent posting calendar and ensure timely uploads.
Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Content Creation & Editing
Create attractive social media posts, creatives, and promotional materials.
Edit photos, videos, reels, and other digital content.
Develop content ideas based on branch activities, offers, campaigns, and business requirements.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains a skilled image.
Lead Management
Monitor and handle leads received through social media platforms and other assigned channels.




Respond promptly to inquiries and provide relevant information to potential customers.
Record, organize, and update lead details in the designated system or spreadsheet.
Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely conversion.
Track lead status and prepare regular lead reports.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the branch team to collect updates, offers, photos, and videos for content creation.
Track social media performance, engagement, and lead generation.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on posts published, inquiries received, and leads followed up.
Ensure all social media activities are completed according to the assigned schedule.

Required Skills
Basic experience in social media management and content creation.
Knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut or similar applications.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
