Job Description:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical skills, communication, salary expectations, and notice period.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain candidate details, submission status, and recruitment trackers in the ATS.




Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Positive understanding of IT skills and technical job requirements.
Hands-on experience with Naukri or other recruitment portals.
Valuable communication, sourcing, and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work from the office in Chennai.
