Position: Manager CSR & Partnerships
Function: CSR, Fundraising & Partnerships
Preferred Location: Delhi NCR
Work Arrangement: Work from Home (No physical office in Delhi)

Role Overview
The position will primarily focus on CSR fundraising, donor engagement and partnership development.
Fundraising experience is mandatory and is the most critical selection criterion.
Candidates must have successfully raised more than 2 crore in funds.

Experience Requirements
Total Experience: 510 years.
Relevant Fundraising Experience: Minimum 45 years.
Proven track record of securing CSR funding and developing corporate partnerships.
Robust experience in donor acquisition, relationship management and fundraising.
Ability to work independently and manage external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute CSR fundraising strategies.
Identify and engage corporate donors, CSR foundations and institutional funding partners.
Secure funding through corporate CSR initiatives and strategic partnerships.
Prepare fundraising proposals and presentations for prospective donors.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential funding partners.
Drive partnership development and identify new fundraising opportunities.
Travel for donor meetings, partnership discussions and fundraising activities as required.

Must-Have Criteria:
510 years of total professional experience.
At least 4–5 years of relevant fundraising experience.
Demonstrated fundraising achievement exceeding 2 crore.
Experience in CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships.
Currently based in Delhi NCR.
Experience working with NGOs, CSR foundations or similar social impact organisations.

Preferred Skills:
Corporate donor acquisition and relationship management.
CSR proposal development.
Partnership negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to independently generate fundraising prospects.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel for donor and corporate meetings.
