About the Role

Liveindesigns is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage the complete sales cycle and drive residential interior design project closures.

The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling and negotiation skills, a proven sales track record, and an established professional network in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert leads generated through Meta, Google, Instagram, referrals, and other sources.
Handle client calls, meetings, and site visits to understand requirements, budgets, and project scope.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close residential interior design projects.
Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Manage, guide, and monitor the sales team.
Coordinate with the design team for smooth client handover after project closure.
Track sales performance, conversion ratios, and reasons for lost leads.




Share market feedback on pricing, lead quality, and industry trends.

Key Requirements
3–6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or home improvement.
Solid skilled network among interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, real estate professionals, or related industries.
Proven ability to generate business through personal contacts, referrals, and industry connections.
Experience independently managing and closing high-value interior projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and client-handling skills.
Sales team management or mentoring experience will be an advantage.
Strong business development skills and a target-oriented approach.
