Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify current business prospects through market research, cold outreach, networking events, field visits, and digital leads.
Client Presentations & Pitching: Conduct product/service demonstrations and sales presentations to key decision-makers, tailored to their specific business needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer inquiries, address objections, negotiate terms, prepare commercial proposals, and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business, upsell services, and obtain client referrals.
CRM & Reporting: Log all sales activities, follow-ups, deal stages, and customer feedback into the CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Marketing & Brand Awareness
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, email marketing,



and social media outreach to generate brand visibility.
Collateral Development: Work with internal or agency creative teams to produce sales enablement materials, including brochures, pitch decks, and flyers.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies, pricing trends, and market demand to recommend adjustments to sales tactics and campaign strategies.
