Role & responsibilities:
Handle customer Calls and resolve Queries.
Provide Customer Support for assigned process.
Follow up on outstanding payments for collections.
Maintain customer records and update information.
Meet performance targets and quality standards
Work in rotational Shifts as required.
Preferred candidate profile :
Qualification, 12th pass or Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and Experienced.
Age: Up to 38 years.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Immediate Joiners only.
Willingness to work from office in Pune and rotational shifts.
