Role & responsibilities
Support HPDC recent product development activities from concept to serial production.
Participate in APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, and process design reviews.
Develop automation concepts for die casting, trimming, machining, inspection, and assembly operations.
Design and implement automated manufacturing solutions for HPDC operations.
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and industrial automation systems.
Integrate sensors, vision systems, poka-yoke devices, and data acquisition systems.
Develop machine control logic and process interlocks for secure operation.
Optimize robot handling systems for casting extraction, spraying, and trimming applications.
Improve automation reliability and OEE through continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop preventive maintenance requirements for automation equipment.
Analyze process data and recommend improvements to cycle time, quality, and productivity.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of HPDC manufacturing processes.
HMI and SCADA systems.
Industrial robotics (ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa).
Pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
Process automation and machine integration.
