Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the automotive sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Identify, engage, and develop recent business opportunities through proactive hunting and networking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch recent products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.

Job Requirements :
Proven experience in field sales and business development within the automotive industry.
Robust understanding of the automotive electronics domain and its applications.
Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and GCCs is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Established relationships with relevant automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in South India.
