Role Description The Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable operation of dairy processing and packaging equipment. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves monitoring electrical systems, documenting maintenance activities, and collaborating with production and quality teams to support safe and productive operations. The Maintenance Engineer also assists in implementing maintenance best practices, adhering to safety standards,



and recommending improvements to equipment performance and lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance.
Candidates should possess expertise in Electrical Maintenance and basic understanding of industrial electrical systems.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings, use maintenance tools, and work with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in shifts, respond to urgent maintenance requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
