US Telecom Sales Executive – International Voice Process

We are hiring Sales Executives for our US telecom sales process.

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom services.
Convert leads into successful sales/activations.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
Follow company processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:
6 months–3 years experience in US international voice sales preferred.
Experience in telecom, internet, broadband, wireless or cable sales is an advantage.
Valuable spoken English and communication skills.
Solid sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable working US night shifts from our Bangalore office.

Salary: ₹22,000–₹30,000/month + performance incentives, based on experience and performance.
