We provide inbound and outbound contact centre solutions, sales and lead generation, customer service, collections, retention, chat/email support and other customer engagement services across sectors including BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Education and Real Estate.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our contact centre and BPO services.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, references, networking and other channels.
Build and maintain a robust database of prospective clients.

Business Development
Present Calling 24o7's capabilities,



solutions and value proposition.
Coordinate internally to develop suitable commercial and operational proposals.
Present customised BPO/contact centre solutions to prospects
Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.
Understand changing customer requirements and identify opportunities for new business.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales and Leads generation.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
Ability to independently generate and manage a sales pipeline.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Should have an extremely Positive and consistent sales approach.
