Dhyey HR Services is Hiring Customer Service for One of the leading Shipping Freight Forwarding Industry based at Gandhidham ( Kutch ) Location.
Position : Customer Service Executive Location : Gandhidham Industry : Shipping Qualification : Graduate Preferred Experience : Minimum 6 Months
Work Profile:
Handle customer queries and provide regular shipment updates.
Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and internal operations teams.
Coordinate for Shipping Instructions (SI), BL draft, amendments, and final BL.
Prepare and share shipment status reports with customers.
Maintain proper documentation and records for import/export shipments.
