Team Leader - Role Overview: The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of solar sales consultants, driving sales targets, and ensuring overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:




Lead and manage solar sales teams
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Monitor daily performance and provide guidance
Conduct field visits and support sales closures
Train and mentor team members
Ensure proper reporting and CRM updates

Requirements :
Experience in sales/team handling (solar preferred)
Solid leadership and communication skills
Field sales experience is an advantage
Target-oriented mindset
