Job Description

ANI Integrated Services Limited is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential interior project execution in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil site execution, interior finishing, quality control, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential interior projects.
- Coordinate civil and interior finishing works, including flooring, tiling, painting, plastering, and false ceiling installation.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site labour.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with site safety requirements.
- Check drawings, measurements, and material requirements before execution.




- Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption details.
- Conduct inspections and ensure timely snag rectification.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in residential construction or interior projects.
- Practical knowledge of civil works, interior finishing, and site execution.
- Ability to manage site labour and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Valuable communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the project location in Sivakasi.
