Job Summary

LA Excellence Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Analytical Reasoning Faculty member to teach analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, and problem-solving techniques to students preparing for competitive examinations. The candidate should be capable of simplifying complex concepts, developing students’ analytical abilities, and helping them improve accuracy and speed in solving questions.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach analytical reasoning and logical reasoning concepts to students preparing for competitive examinations.
- Cover topics such as puzzles, seating arrangements, syllogisms, coding-decoding, blood relations, directions, series, analogies, data sufficiency, and critical reasoning.
- Develop structured lesson plans, practice questions, mock tests, and study materials.
- Explain complex problems using simple, systematic, and effective techniques.
- Train students to improve problem-solving speed, accuracy, and logical thinking.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide individual feedback to students.
- Analyse student performance and provide additional support where required.
- Stay updated with competitive examination patterns and question trends.




- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective syllabus completion.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Strong command of analytical reasoning and logical reasoning concepts.
- Prior teaching experience in competitive examination coaching is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
- Experience teaching for examinations such as CLAT, CUET, CAT, Banking, SSC, or other competitive examinations will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, subject expertise, teaching experience, and interview performance.
