A Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Social Science (SST) is responsible for teaching History, Geography, Civics, and Economics to secondary school students. The role involves planning lessons, engaging students, assessing their progress, and creating a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Deliver lessons in Social Science subjects according to the curriculum.
- Assessment: Conduct tests, quizzes, assignments, and provide feedback on student progress.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and create an engaging, productive learning environment.
- Support: Offer academic guidance and extra help to students as needed.
- Collaboration:
Work with other teachers and parents to support student development.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Science and B.Ed.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience (preferred).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Social Science, excellent communication, classroom management, and tech proficiency.

- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
