Jain Singla & Co., Chartered Accountants is hiring an Accounts & Taxation Executive for our [Panchkula / Ambala / Barara] office.

WORK PROFILE

Accounting

- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally

- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

- Preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss account

GST

- Filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns

- ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B

- E-way bills and e-invoices

Income Tax

- Filing of income tax returns of individuals, firms and companies

- Advance tax calculation

- Support in tax audit and notice replies

TDS

- TDS calculation and challan payment

- Filing of quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q)

- Issue of Form 16 / 16A

Company / ROC Work

- ROC annual filing (AOC-4, MGT-7) and LLP filing





- DIR-3 KYC and other MCA filings

Other

- Support in statutory and stock audits

- Coordination with clients for documents and due dates

WHO CAN APPLY

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

- Knowledge of Tally and Excel

- Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax and TDS

- Freshers with positive knowledge are welcome
