- Supervise daily shop-floor activities including raw material mixing/formulation, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging.
- Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet volume targets within budget.
- Monitor line speed, machine output, and operator performance to minimize downtime and bottlenecks.
- Enforce Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, and relevant regulatory standards on the cosmetic production floor.
- Check in-process products for defects, leakage, proper labeling, and batch consistency.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for batch testing and clearance.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitization, and personal hygiene standards required in cosmetic manufacturing areas.
- Ensure workers wear proper safety gear (gloves, hairnets, masks, aprons/suits) and follow plant safety rules

Pay: ₹9,000.00 per month
