Job OverviewWe are looking for a technically proficient and detail-oriented Process & Project Engineer to join our core engineering team in Faridabad. In this role, you will lead AutoCAD drafting, technical proposal preparation, cost estimation, and process design for new ETP, STP, and RO projects, ensuring solutions meet regulatory norms and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Process & System Design: Perform process sizing and design calculations for ETP, STP (MBBR/SBR/ASP), and RO/filtration systems.
• AutoCAD Drafting: Prepare detailed engineering drawings including Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID;), hydraulic flow sheets, and general plant layout drawings.
• Cost Estimation & BOQ: Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), costing sheets, and material estimates for mechanical, piping, and electromechanical equipment.
• Design Proposals & Tenders:



Draft compelling techno-commercial proposals, tender submissions, and scope-of-work documents for prospective clients.
• Vendor & Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal fabrication teams and equipment vendors to verify technical specifications, component pricing, and project delivery schedules. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
B.
Tech / B.
E. / Diploma in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in design, estimation, and drafting for water and wastewater treatment systems (ETP / STP / RO). Energetic freshers with strong AutoCAD design projects in wastewater treatment are also welcome.
• Software Proficiency:
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
• Robust working knowledge of MS Excel (for estimation, BOQ, and costing templates) and MS Word.
• Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of wastewater parameters (BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, pH), treatment technologies, pumping systems, and chemical dosing. Benefits & Perks
