1. Liaisoning & Regulatory Approvals
- Coordinate and maintain solid working relationships with state power distribution companies (DISCOMs like DGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL, UGVCL, Torrent Power, or equivalent state electricity boards), CEIG (Chief Electrical Inspectorate to Government), and State Renewable Energy Agencies (e.g., GEDA, MEDA, etc.).
- Handle complete net-metering applications, grid connectivity approvals, and feasibility report clearances.
- Submit, track, and secure necessary statutory approvals, safety certificates (CEIG), and commissioning/work completion certificates.
- Represent the company during official inspections with government and DISCOM officials. 2. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare, organize, and manage complete documentation files required for solar project registration, grid sync, and subsidies.
- Verify client site documents (property papers, electricity bills, identity proofs, structural stability certificates) for accuracy before submission.




- Process government portal filings (e.g., National Portal for Rooftop Solar, PM-Surya Ghar Portal, or state-specific portals).
- Maintain a accurate database and tracker for all submitted applications, approval statuses, and pending approvals. 3. Subsidy & Financial Documentation
- Manage end-to-end subsidy application filing, verification, and disbursement tracking for residential and commercial customers.
- Coordinate with bank/finance representatives for loan-assisted solar installations and verification requirements. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the Project/EPC team to align documentation submittals with physical installation milestones.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal management regarding government approval timelines and potential delays.
