Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Valuation Analyst role based in Faridabad.

The Valuation

Analyst will support senior team members in conducting real estate valuations, preparing technical appraisal reports, and assisting in market research and data collection. Daily tasks include analyzing property-related information, reviewing financial data, applying valuation methodologies, and maintaining organized documentation. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



learning regulatory and industry standards, and contributing to the development of valuation models and tools. Training and guidance will be provided to help the analyst grow into more complex valuation and advisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Real Estate Valuation principles relevant to real estate.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Modeling and Finance to support quantitative analysis and report preparation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools; familiarity with valuation software is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Candidates should possess a relevant academic background such as Finance,Civil Engineering, or a related discipline; qualified certification or pursuit of valuation-related courses is beneficial
