Job Description: Estimation & Project Coordinator

Role Overview: To provide accurate rate analysis, manage project budgets, and ensure seamless coordination between the office and construction site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rate Analysis & Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and machinery based on drawings.
- Quantity Surveying: Calculate exact material requirements (Quantity Take-off) to avoid wastage.
- Vendor Management: Source quotes from suppliers, compare prices, and negotiate contracts.
- Project Scheduling: Create timelines and monitor daily progress to ensure on-time completion.
- Billing & Documentation: Verify contractor bills and maintain all technical project records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: B.E.



Civil or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 6-8years in construction estimation and site coordination.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and time management skills.
