Purchase Executive

Industry : Construction Company Location : Nagpur, Maharashtra Experience : 1 to 2 Years (Building Material Purchase - Mandatory) Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities :

- Handle procurement of building materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregates, etc.)
- Vendor identification, negotiation & rate finalization
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
- Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at site
- Monitor stock levels and control material costs
- Maintain proper documentation and billing process

Skills Required :

- Knowledge of construction materials & local vendors
- Robust negotiation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & billing software
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
