- Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement
- Track movement of vehicles from dispatch to delivery
- Coordinate with drivers for loading, transit, and unloading updates
- Update delivery timelines and report delays
- Coordinate with site / warehouse team for vehicle arrival
Data Maintenance & Excel Reporting:
- Maintain daily logistics trackers in Excel
- Update dispatch, transit, and delivery data accurately
- Maintain transporter-wise and vehicle-wise records
- Share daily / weekly logistics status reports
Documentation Support:
- Assist in maintaining Delivery Challans, LR / GR, E-way bills
- Maintain proper filing of logistics records
- Ensure documentation is linked with dispatch details
Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, site, and accounts teams
- Share delivery updates with departments
- Support seniors in resolving logistics issues
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
