Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Ensure proper stocking and replenishment of grocery items
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/vendors
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Supervise billing and cash handling activities
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
- Track sales performance and prepare daily sales reports
- Ensure products are properly labeled with prices and expiry dates
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock movement
- Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
- Train and guide store staff on operational procedures and customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Required Skills :

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems)

Qualifications :

- 12th or diploma in any field
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or grocery store operations preferred
- Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
