About this Role : What you’ll do : Define architecture, create high-level design artefacts, and establish technology approaches and processes.

- Develop and implement solutions in a multi-team environment to enable successful process automation in the CARE domain.
- Perform hands-on Java and microservices development aligned with sprint objectives.
- Support management in expanding the process automation footprint for VOIS in Solstice.
- Build proof of concepts and strengthen BPMN/Camunda capability within VOIS.




- Mentor and train Java developers to upskill on Camunda BPMN and assist in team setup and capability building.

Who you are : Strong experience with Camunda Engine, BPMN business processes, and associated tools within SOA/Microservice architecture.

- Proven hands-on Java development expertise, including knowledge of design patterns for microservices.
- Solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms (preferably Kafka).
- Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot, with good knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
