We are a growing manufacturing company in the PVC pipes and fittings industry, currently implementing Zoho-based systems for sales, operations, inventory, customer management, reporting, and business automation. We are looking for a practical and process-oriented CRM Executive who can understand our factory workflows and coordinate closely with Zoho developers/implementation partners to ensure successful implementation across departments. # Role Overview The role involves acting as a bridge between: - management - factory teams - sales teams - Zoho developers / implementation partners This is not just a data entry or support role. We need someone who can: - understand processes - identify gaps - coordinate implementation - ensure proper adoption in the factory # Key Responsibilities - Understand current business workflows across: - sales - dispatch - production - inventory - customer management - approvals - Gather and document business requirements from management and departments - Explain requirements clearly to Zoho developers / implementation partners - Coordinate CRM customization and workflow implementation - Test implemented workflows and identify issues/gaps - Train staff and ensure proper CRM usage across departments - Follow up internally to ensure process compliance - Maintain reports, dashboards,
