About the Role

Porch Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our global finance team. In this role, you will support financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, compliance activities, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with U.S.based stakeholders in a remote-first environment.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with overlap to U.S. working hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and support financial reporting activities
- Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Assist with SOX compliance and documentation requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies




- Collaborate with cross-functional and U.S.based teams

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of accounting or finance experience
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
- SOX compliance experience preferred
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work with overlap to U.S. working hours

Application Process

Pay: ₹1,687,500.00 - ₹2,362,500.00 per year
