Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accountant (Full time)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Day-to-day Accounting : Record daily business transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using accounting software.

- Bank Reconciliation : Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial data.

- Tax Compliance : Assist in computing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS, ensuring full compliance with statutory timelines.

- Ledger & Invoicing : Generate professional invoices for clients and maintain, verify, and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.

- Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.

- Audit Support : Coordinate closely with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) for financial audits, advance tax calculations, and year-end closing.

- Requirements & Skills :

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or an equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.

- Experience :



2 to 5 years of active, hands-on accounting experience (experience in trading or retail sectors is highly preferred).

- Software Proficiency : Strong expertise in Tally Prime , Busy, or advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).

- Tax Knowledge : Sound practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax rules.

- Soft Skills : Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
