We are looking for an experienced Assistant Security Officer (ASO) to supervise guards and ensure smooth security operations at sites.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise security guards
- Manage daily deployment
- Conduct site inspections
- Handle client coordination
- Maintain reports & attendance
- Ensure discipline and performance of guards

Requirements :

- Education: Minimum 10th Pass
- Age Limit: 25 to 48 years
- Physically fit & leadership skills
- Experience in security / supervisor role preferred
- Basic communication (Tamil + Basic English)

Salary Details :

- Gross Salary: ₹24,352
- CTC: ₹26,600
- Take Home Salary: ₹23,000 (with weekly off)
