Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Supplier Onboarding professional with prior experience in large-scale marketplace platforms such as Meesho, Flipkart, Shopsy, Amazon, Snapdeal , etc. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and enabling suppliers while ensuring compliance, quality, and smooth activation on the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities Supplier Onboarding & Activation

- Identify and onboard new suppliers aligned with category and business goals
- Drive end-to-end onboarding: documentation, KYC, catalog readiness, pricing, and go-live
- Ensure suppliers are activated within defined TATs

Supplier Enablement & Support

- Educate suppliers on marketplace processes, policies, and tools
- Support sellers with cataloging, logistics integration, and operational setup
- Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries

Process & Compliance

- Ensure 100% compliance with platform policies, legal, and KYC requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (Catalog, Category, Finance, Legal, Ops)
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks and suggest process improvements

Performance & Reporting

- Track onboarding metrics: activation rate, TAT, drop-offs




- Prepare regular MIS and dashboards for management review
- Support category growth by onboarding relevant and high-potential suppliers

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with category managers and business teams
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers across regions

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Prior experience in marketplace supplier onboarding (Meesho / Flipkart / Shopsy preferred)
- Strong understanding of seller lifecycle, KYC, and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously

Positive to Have

- Experience in large-scale seller onboarding or supply acquisition
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with seller dashboards, CRM tools, or onboarding platforms

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
- MBA preferred (for Assistant Manager role)

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
