- Preparation of job master and send for approval to the salesperson & hand

- over to alldepartments

- Preparing pending order list as per indent.

- Daily production planning.

- Daily manpower management as per production through the supervisor.

- Daily DPR send to accounts department through WhatsApp (50%) and Excel (100%)

- Daily OEE sheet preparation.

- Planning of new job materials trial before starting the production

- Daily entry of wastage control and shared with the account departmentDaily maintenance of PO files for future reference.

- Preparing the COA and quality report for export jobs if required.

- Daily maintenance of RM and paper core consumption report to the accountsdepartment through supervisors

- Monitoring the setup time of the job and ensure set up time in under the limit.Finalising recipe for all the jobs.

- Benchmarking of speed for a recent setup job.

- Ensure machines are running at the desired speed.Ensure the full quantity of the order is produced.

- Monitor the wastage data (setting waste and machine waste) and ensure to minimise.Ensure cleaning of dies, machine, and surrounding panels.

- Prior planning for outside labour job.

- Unit 2 extrusion machine troubleshooting.

- Planning the unit 2 technical assistance regarding the production and recipe of the job. QC

- Prepare SOP for testing.

- Train QC person.

- Ensure QC test records are kept properly.

- Prepare test certificates.

- Ensure samples are preserved.

- Ensure all QC equipment is calibrated and functioning as per standard.Quality approval as per the criticality of the job. Store (Supervision Only)

- Convey planning of production for shifting of RM as per recipe.Issue of PVC core and paper core.

- Issue of daily consumables

- Weekly stock verification of RM. Maintenance

- Prior planning of the preventative maintenance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
