Role Overview : We’re looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of paid media campaigns across E - commerce Platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit listing, Zepto Listing, Instamart listing, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), ShareChat, and Native ad platforms. You’ll also be responsible for setting up and managing all tracking and attribution mechanisms including GTM, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Key Responsibilities :

- Campaign Management :

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

- Google Search, Display, YouTube

- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

- ShareChat and Moj Ads (vernacular targeting)

- Native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)

- Manage budgets, A/B tests, audience segments, and bidding strategies.

- Monitor real-time performance, optimize ROAS, CPL, and CAC.

- Tracking & Attribution Setup :

- Setup and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers and triggers.

- Implement and validate Google Ads conversion tracking .

- Install and manage Facebook Pixel , LinkedIn Insight Tag , and other 3rd-party pixels .

- Integrate tracking with CRM platforms or landing pages for funnel visibility.

- Performance Reporting :

- Generate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports.

- Track KPIs like CTR, CVR, Bounce Rate, Time on Page, and Funnel Drop-offs.

- Provide strategic insights and optimization suggestions.

- Creative Coordination :

- Collaborate with designers and content teams for creatives, ad copies, and videos.





- Ensure creatives are platform-optimized and resonate with target personas.

- Experimentation & Growth Hacking :

- Run experiments to improve CTR and CPL.

- Explore new platforms and ad types (e.g., Reels Ads, In-App Ads, YouTube Shorts).

- Launch retargeting, lookalike, and dynamic ad strategies.

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with:

- Google Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)

- Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager :

- ShareChat/Moj Ads dashboard

- Native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain)

- GTM setup and debugging skills using tools like Tag Assistant & GA4 DebugView

- Robust understanding of conversion tracking mechanisms and attribution models

- Knowledge of UTM tagging , GA4 setup , and custom event creation

- Analytical mindset - Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio / Looker Studio

- Basic HTML/JavaScript understanding (for pixel troubleshooting)

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with e-commerce / D2C / vernacular audiences :

- Certification in Ecommerce Ads/ Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot / LinkedIn Ads :

- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) or lead automation tools
