Job Title: Tender Executive / Bid Executive

Experience : 2-3 Years must

Key Responsibilities :

- Search and identify relevant tenders from portals (GeM, CPP, e-procurement, State portals, etc.)
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
- Prepare and submit complete tender documents (technical & commercial bids)
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, service) for required inputs
- Ensure accuracy of documents such as EMD, BOQ, compliance sheets, and certificates
- Handle EMD preparation and submission process
- Maintain proper records of all tenders and track their status
- Manage post-tender queries, clarifications, and follow-ups
- Monitor tender results and maintain data for future reference
- Identify new tender opportunities to support business growth

Key Skills & Requirements :

- Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)





- 2-3 years of experience in tender handling (Government / Private / State)

- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, e-procure, and other e-tender portals :

- Excellent tender reading and understanding skills

- Positive communication and coordination skills with vendors

- Ability to work under deadlines

Salary :As per interview and experience
