Job Summary

The Facility Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance operations, ensuring all building systems and equipment are operating efficiently, and supervising a team of technicians. With 5-9 years of experience, the role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems :

- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and helpers

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and facility issues

- Monitor facility performance and ensure operational efficiency

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs

- Manage maintenance records, reports, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) entries

- Control inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies

- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and maintenance expenditure optimization





- Conduct inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and facility standards

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid technical knowledge of industrial or building maintenance systems
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA/industrial safety practices)
- Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance tracking software
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
- 5-9 years of hands-on maintenance experience , including supervisory responsibilities
- Experience in industrial plants, manufacturing units, commercial buildings, hospitals, or large facilities preferred
- Additional certifications in HVAC, electrical systems, or safety management are an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
