Job Title: Customer service coordinator

Key Responsibilities: 2,Coordinate with technicians or service teams to schedule installations, repairs, or maintenance visits.

3,Track and follow up on open service requests to ensure timely resolution.

4,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and order details in the system.

5,Communicate updates to customers regarding service status, delays, or resolutions.

6,Support the team in managing service schedules and prioritizing urgent cases.

7,Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing qualified and timely support.

Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving ability

Basic computer knowledge (CRM / service management systems)

Time management and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple customer requests
