Key Responsibilities:Hardware & System Maintenance :

- Assemble, install, and upgrade computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues, including motherboards, RAM, hard drives, and power supplies.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
- Provide technical support for end-users regarding hardware-related issues.

Networking & Connectivity :

- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices (routers, switches, modems).
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus, and encryption methods.
- Set up and manage VPNs and remote access solutions.

Server & IT Infrastructure Management :





- Configure and maintain servers, including Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage data backups and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and best practices in IT infrastructure.

Technical Support & Documentation :

- Provide technical support and guidance to employees on IT-related concerns.
- Document troubleshooting steps, network configurations, and IT policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop efficient IT solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field .
- 02-5 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and network administration .

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
