Job Title : Indian Chef Industry : Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Job Summary : Responsible for preparing authentic Indian cuisine while maintaining high quality, hygiene, and presentation standards as per hotel/resort SOPs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare Indian dishes (North/South/Regional)
- Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen SOPs
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize wastage
- Train and supervise kitchen staff

Skills Required :

- Expertise in Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards
- Time management and team coordination
- Cost control and kitchen operations knowledge

Qualification & Experience :

- Hotel Management / Culinary training preferred
- 3-8 years experience as Indian Chef in hotel/resort

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
